By submitting a payment you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as follows:

 

A 50% deposit is required to secure date/order and remaining balance to be  paid  7 days before scheduled pick up/delivery. For orders not placed within our normal 2 week time frame, orders need to be paid in full. Deposit may be refundable in full if order is cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. For any cancellations requests past 48 hours, deposit may be reduced to cover any expenses incurred in preparation for your order.

Baked by Dede is not responsible for any damage to the cake after scheduled pick up/delivery is complete. Care instructions are provided with all orders and must be followed to ensure safe handling.

 

Please be aware food coloring is unstable and can  fade or become altered if exposed to direct/indirect sunlight or if care instructions are not followed.  There are NO guarantees for outdoor events. Upon pick up you or your representative assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession. 

 

By accepting the cake, you or your representative confirm that the cake is to your satisfaction and release Baked by Dede from future dispute up to and including social media reviews. If there is an issue please notify us at time of pick up/delivery so attempts can be made to correct it. ​We are here to help.

Please be advised our products may contain or possibly come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and any and all other known or unknown allergens so we cannot guarantee an allergen free cake.

 

Although we prefer working with artificial flowers, we may place fresh flowers (excluding babies breath) per your request. We cannot guarantee food safety of any fresh flowers used. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions or illness.
